Whoa....crazy. You are literally tearing EVERYTHING down!!! Now...this house cost you hardly anything right, as it is fairly modest? (Don't EVEN tell me......) LOVE the comment about Vitalino wanting to just attach it to his truck. I can just see Andy grinning. Catherine (K or C?)....how's it going? Moving is easy, right? Andy ALWAYS used to tell me that, anyway. :)
Hi Anne - we are getting a great deal with construction costs, but nothing is "cheap" when it comes to work on a house as you well know. The house is going to end up just over 2400 sq ft, so it's not huge, but not tiny either. I'll post pictures of what it is supposed to look like finished over the holidays. Cath and I are both ready to be done moving - this is supposed to be the retirement house, if we end up being able to afford it and get it paid off in the next 30 years :)
How do they get the furnace, water heater and washer and dryer out now?
